While LW is head coach we will play his system, a back 4 would mean a new head coach I'd say.

If we get to Division 1 he will be such a hero that I won’t mind if we play one at the back. Not that we’d avoid being thrashed each week by the likes of Brighton, Spurs, Man City and the rest, however many we have in defence.

If he stays with us and does indeed get us back to the top tier hopefully we'll have some cleverer defenders by then!

Our back three is such a conundrum, the only way we will strengthen what we already have is by signing a player in the mould of Aden Flint at stags, but he's a real outlier at this level. Getting the mix right between technical ability and pace to cope with our high line together with domineering physicality must be almost impossible in the fourth tier.
