Still obvious issues, particularly in midfield where JOB and Austin will work but can’t give us the control that Palmer did, but not a lot we can do about it until January other than keep picking up enough points to stay in touch.
Yep we looked more in control when Bostock came on rather than in a basketball match - different to see Chicksen in there and maybe better than Austin in that position especially in away games

Jodi Jones, Jones was gold last night, clear man of the match for me.

Why is there seemingly a match ratings thread after every defeat but often not one after a win?

Bostock, and the calmness and control he gives us in midfield is currently the most important player for us. Not best, but most important. Is that statement correct or incorrect in your opinion?

Whilst JJ had another great game it was Macca who really caught my eye last night. I know that might seem rhetorical but you could tell he sensed the lack of urgency early on and worked relentlessly for the team. Whilst it's nice to talk about his goals his overall game has improved massively. When he was being compared to Jamie Vardy last season I took it with a pinch of salt but he has shown already this season that he has many of the same attributes in his playing style and physicality. He was my player of the match last night, let's just enjoy him while we can because it's obvious he is destined for bigger things.

I thought Jodi's pass for Didtz goal was brilliant, Jodi was MOM for me, not sure who won it? There normally is a "match ratings" fred after all matches, Laddo. Sometimes after night matches, it appears the next day though. Why not start one yourself?

    Official MOM was indeed Jodi.

It was a great pass - must admit, from the Pavis Stand I thought Didzy was a couple of yards offside, but it’s impossible to judge from the highlights.

For me, Jodi Jones got us back into the game when he started running at their defence and scaring them to death in the first half. It was the individual class of JJ, Didzy and Dan Crowley that won it for us, because Crawley were actually the better passing team - or in the first half, at least.
