    He got admitted to hospital after the end of last season, so I think it is safe to say he takes his job very seriously and gives it absolutely everything he has.

    If that's the case then he needs to learn to switch off. Apart from health, family and other priorities tired decisions are often not good decisions.

    You can't be running through "actions" at 3am or making a call as to which player to include when not feeling the best.

    And I doubt that any "pressured" decision makes any difference.

    Edit: and if he were a player he'd rest himself!!
