Agree Sinks, Wolves are a very decent side, and have been on the wrong side of being further up the league. We did more than ok but needed to score. That for me our biggest issue, VK needs to solve it asap.

I don't think Foster is coming back any time soon, maybe never, and Jay is clearly past his sell by date. so we have to bring someone in during the January window. It's been apparent for a while so we've had plenty of time to get someone lined up, just do it.

Hope Foster does come back, enjoy watching him. Wonder if the insurance will cover this if he can't make it back, perhaps we will never know.
Obafemi looks the hungry goalscorer type during the brief glimpses, hope he gets fully fit. Let's see what January brings then.

Despite this we shared possession with them, had more shots on goal and had more corners. We gifted them a goal but, apart from a couple of routine saves, Trafford was virtually a spectator.

You would never guess it from the criticism, but we must have been doing something right.........surely ?
Quite right Sinkov, we looked far the better team until Koleosho was injured.
Wolves defence looked somewhat overawed by him running at them, so I was suprised to see JBG replace him I would have thought Zaroury would have been our option.

After that injury to Koleosho Wolves started to dominate us more.

training, but for 70mins the players look confused, even doing the basics. Berge has a touch like a baby elephant,Jayrod running around

Too much psychology and not enough football.....
Welcome to the fold Len, I agree the JBG substitution was strange and Trafford is not as good as Muric when playing out from the back.

Don't really agree that us going long occasionally means the opposition just wins the ball and puts us straight back under pressure. 1st goal v sheff utd, long ball upfield, we win the 2nd ball and score. Balls into the channel for JBL and Koleosho were effective in gaining ground.

Equally i would not want to see that all game. It's about 'time and place' which we are clearly still learning.

Wolves are a bloody good team this year, better than any layman could imagine.
You misread my comment wmdave. I was referring to Luton's game against Arsenal last night

Turf - if we go long who keeps the ball for us - j rod isn’t that sort of player and he’s too slow to compete with centre backs and run channels.

I’m not sure we can site Sheff utd as good as we were they were equally as bad so finding space came easier in that 90 mins , they’d gone when the 2nd goal went in.

How we play now and I keep saying it’ we need a solid centre back with experience at this level a midfielder who is athletic and strong and gets about people and a big strong forward who can hold the ball and occupy centre backs and bring Amdouni into play more in the areas he should be.
