After Bill Colvin resigned as the Chairman of Dundee Football Club Limited and a partner in FPS the buy back of Dens Park from John Bennett immediately ended as Nelms was only interested in his new stadium development at Campy Nou which in May 2018 was rumoured to cost a total of £20 million to complete.
£20 million won't get you much now....that's about the monthly state pension. 😄
