So is it a fact that John Nelms will not speak to Dee4life?

'JN indicated that was no longer prepared to accept communications'.

Hardly a surprise when those communications included threats, either actual or perceived, of legal action. I don't necessarily read that as a flat refusal to speak to them.

However at RRoS says maybe comms should be suspended until JN starts delivering on promises, expectations and requirements.
