The Blades and Luton had all their own players. Our team from last season was built on loan players who for whatever reason were not signed by the club.We have basically started from scratch with the same experienced players who are yet another year older and therefore it was always going to be possible that this would happen.
Add to that Foster going AWOL and injuries to Beyer,Koleoscho and others and we are left in some games playing with even weaker squads.Enough said.We are goiing back to the Championship and I for one am not too bothered about it.Bye VAR,bye cheats rolling around in agony and bye all the plastic superstars.
I actually think we will finish bottom.Luton are looking better every week. The Blades are having the new manager bounce and we are treading water because we have nobody who can put the ball in the onion bag.How we ended up starting a season in the PL with only one recognised striker and an ageing JRod is beyond me.
