Totally agree Boingy. He bullied Hugill all night.

Well I for one and thoroughly enjoying this season as I had really expected it to be a complete diseaster by this stage. With everything going on behind the scene, I am chuffed we happen to have landed a manager who holds value to his word and contract.
I think his personality is affecting the players and drawing out the best in them.
I am really astounded as to where we are going into Christmas with a bare threads squad and an owner who is a complete diseaster with zero interest in this club.
Quite staggering really when you think about it...
CC is a legend in my view with his work capacity at this club...just wonderful to have him in these uncertain times for all.

I think that we are punching well above our weight at the moment considering the quality of squad we have. Just think, that if we get a bit more new blood in during the January transfer window, we could be challenging for one those play off places.

Well, that was an exciting day in Rotherham, not! Still, we managed to dodge the downpours and we found what I think is the only half decent pub in the town, the Wetherspoons! What a dump the place is. At least we won, first half was awful, pedestrian ‘walking football’ but a great free kick to win it. BTA had a poor game, put himself in several good post it his first touch let him down every time. Grady was lucky with his goal, not a good shot that the ‘keeper would have saved easily but for the deflection. A workmanlike job in the end, I guess; I won’t be going back for a holiday in Rotherham, though!

I think Corberan is a legend already. Amazing bloke, which is unfortunate in a way because the vultures will surely be hovering.

Sounds a rough place Ketts, sorry it was miserable. I watched the match on West Brom TV and from what I saw Asante worked his socks off, his first touch did let him down a few times though. The whole team worked really hard and Dianganas shot was hard enough to cause problems. Jed’s goal was so fast I had to watch the replay twice to see the ball! Overall as you rightly said a workman like performance. We did to Rotherham on their patch what a lot of challenging clubs couldn’t do. Get 3 points. Rotherham can only try and stop teams playing at this level for them it seems. I can’t see them avoiding the drop.

I agree that BTA ‘worked his socks off’ but so much of was wasted because of that poor first touch, hopefully CC will improve him

Asante generally does work hard but sadly he's out of his depth as a striker. The first touch is poor and he's not ruthless in front of goal. Really annoyed how Asante was hovering over that free kick when it appeared obvious Wallace told him to do one! Asante should be no-where near a free kick when we have Wallace and Mowatt.

Thought Kipre was excellent last night yet again and whilst Bartley gets stick, the side look more solid than when Ajayi plays. Sunderland was a good day out but Mowatt really missed Okay by a country mile - never really rated Mulumby and he was poor. Townsend was poor again and many there commented on this at the game on leaving. In the first half Sunderland ( like Leicester ) were picking out Townsend's flank as they knew he was the weakness and they are right.

Love Fellows and with experience he could be better than Grady and Saramiento who are inconsistent. Such a shame Saramiento lacks a first touch and vision to make a killer pass.

Two best players are Kipre and Mowatt and this is down to Carlos!

Good to speak to some of you
