Lots of positives I. Energy, desire, passing, possession but negatives, not enough ****s in goal, no one on bench good enough, individual errors cost us again.

We played really well tonight, Stockport top of the league with a few points in hand, won their last home game 8-0. Beat Wrexham 5-0. We had them on the rack for most of the game but unable to create enough to score to get back to 1-1. Caught out pushing forward and then always uphill for the last 10 minutes. Keep that up for the rest of the season and we e nothing to worry about. Stockport or Stags will go up as champions, we will still make the playoffs - I doubt better but I’ll be happy with that at the end of the season.

Sorry, I don't agree, we didn't make enough decent signings and should have filled the 22 places. yes we have injuries but so do all teams, our problem is no one if any quality to replace them.

Doesn't matter how much possesion you get if you can't defend properly you are ****ed.

Williams **** off to Swansea or wherever. He's had enough time to sort this defensive shambles out.

**** knows where we will end up this season. He is ****ing clueless. You can't keep losing like this.
Lol I love your responses, you are such a laugh.

If there were no contract issues, mid season I would ditch, gosling, morias, Randall, Rawlinson adebayo and get in 5-6 quality players

Yes it is, but the desire to go with such a small squad and retain most of the non league squad has proven to have failed.
In American football, the phrase is ‘next man up’ where a team suffers a significant injury, the guy behind him in that position needs to be good enough and motivated enough to step into that role and make it his own.

Randall, Morias, Gosling, Tobi A, Tipton…

Then add in JoB, Rawlinson, the discussion over stone etc…
And it’s clear we don’t have quality in depth, or depth in size either.

That’s a failure of recruitment and having such a small squad.

    Absolutely agree, perfectly argued.

He's letting off steam. I enjoy his passion.
As for LW.... There probably are better and more experienced managers out there at the lower levels, but we've had numerous managers with pedigree come to Notts and fail miserably and we can't blame LW for us having the "8th-10th highest budget" in L2.
