Are you James Martin in disguise Riley, he uses at least half a pound of butter when cooking.
We use Lurpak, won't use owt else, but using half a pound.

It's a big pan Eric ha ha.

Seriously though I'd sooner use half a pound of butter than a teaspoon of margarine, even rats won't eat marge pal.
