    The Scottish government's community safety minister Siobhian Brown now saying

    "We have made it clear to the UK government that people in England and Wales should not use any loopholes that could be created to get rid of their dogs north of the border or anywhere else in the UK."

    WTF does that mean? She wants England to form laws that makes it illegal to drive a dog over the border and give it away? Is she saying that's it's England's fault that the dugs are ending up here? What are they meant to do stop and search every car at the border?

    The Scottish Government ministers had the opportunity to make the new law regarding XL bully dogs U.K. wide but they chose not to do so.
    Probably because they are peeved that the U.K. Government used their powers to bock the Scottish Government Tranny Bill and the Deposit Return scheme
