Not really sure what the guy is supposed to say he has been nothing but honest.

Swansea are a bigger club than us and are in a much better place than us right now.

If he fails he fails he will still get another job off the back of what he has done with us and will be financially compensated for it NOBODY is turning that down in a sport and he isn’t a NCFC fan just like our next coach is unlikely to be.

Nobody is turning that down in any form of life, footy or not. Although only here for 18 months, he's written his name into NCFC folklore for his achievements. Best wishes to the bloke.

Their last season at The Vetch 2004/05, a promotion season from tier 4, they averaged 8,458, which was easily their best since their brief Toshack stint in the top tier in the 1980s. .
The following season at their new ground in tier 3.... 14,112. They had six successive 20k plus averages in the PL.

Gutted that he’s gone but very glad he’s left on such good terms he’s been able to do a (very emotional) interview. Hard not to believe that he wouldn’t still be here if Jason was as well.

Having said that, our defensive performances this season have been poor, and I’m looking forward to getting someone in who’ll improve things. If we can do that and keep our attacking talent we’ll be in a good place.

Good luck to him but I think he'll find it very hard work with a club and fans expecting Premiership football tomorrow.
His stock was falling, results were poor and thats why he jumped ship before the job offers stopped.. If he had stayed and lost the next 4 games he would have been worried about losing his job...

I think you are the proof of the multiverse theory as your universe seems to have no relevance to everybody else's.

His stock was not falling, home performances were good and he would not have been worried about losing his job.

I wish his stock was falling, then we may have been able to hang onto him longer.

It matters not where they're coming from, but much more where they're going.

Luke Williams was a virtual unknown when he arrived. We've had plenty of 'experienced', 'high profile' managers fail us in the past. They had great careers behind them.

Neil Warnock came to us from the non-league full of desire to prove himself at the higher level. That didn't work out badly.
