    Probably one of the best defenders that I have ever seen. Never seemed rushed on the pitch just like Bobby Moore. RIP

    Whilst it's generally the strikers that seem to get remembered as footballing greats, Beckenbauer was surely one of them. Wasn't known as the Kaiser for nothing. RIP

    A wonderfully graceful and skill midfielder who I always admired. I could never understand why he was converted into a sweeper so quickly in his career. But what do I know? RIP
