After this is completed including their recommendation for granting planning permission or not it is passed to the Dundee City Council planning committee which consists of every Dundee City Councillor.
I managed to get this information from George McIrvine when I was a Dee4life Director as George McIrvine in addition to being a Dundee City Councillor is also a Dee4life director.
It is possible especially with the roads access and exit from the new stadium car parks that the full planning application for the new stadium development at Campy Nou will be ‘called in’ by the Scottish Government resulting in a public inquiry.
If that happens then Deeranged will be purchasing us all a pint in Doc Stewart’s at the end of August 2025.
I have already posted that an application for Planning Permission in Principle does not fit the requirements for this site unless John Nelms has decided to build a maximum of 9 houses on the whole of the Campy Nou site.
