    Entrance to be taken down.

    See these listed buildings, folk make such a hoo ha aboot them, fall into disrepair then get taken Doon anyway.

    Strathmartine hospital another example.

    They shud miss oot the hoo ha bit.

    Has some of Strathy Hospital been saved? Constant fire raising by gadgies caused most of it to be condemned.

    Baldovan House another one - used to mess about in there in my youth but never caused any damage - gadgie, disrespectful tw@ts thought it was a good idea to raize it to the ground.

    Very little a few dozen stones of the frontages of a few buildings, look completely out of place surrounded by new builds.

    But developer deliberately let that be vandalised.

    Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited (DBPHL) managed to persuade Dundee City Council to remove the listed status on the former NCR Camperdown factory entrance in August 2022 a month before DBPHL’s second Pre Application Notice meeting in the Landmark Hotel on 26th September 2022.
    I think that the former NCR Camperdown Factory entrance had B listed status.
