Toulouse is. A lot of the villages around there had their village name signs upside down just like a lot round where I live. It is the sign of the silent protest but is Toulouse the first to go. I saw a hell of a lot of CRP vans earlier whilst on the motorway heading south. If you saw the CRP it would remind you of the police during the miners strike.Originally Posted by Grist_To_The_Mill
