Yesterday performance was almost a perfect millers away performance in the championship. Hard to breaks down and kept going to the end.
I just hope LR doesn't spoil the hard work playing the same tactics at home.
As most have said. The ship could have sailed regards staying up though 1 point is no good for survival and 60% of the players on the pitch yesterday won't be here in july so may as well have a good go at it.

A very good result and hardly anything.
Last week was horrendous and I criticised. This week so much better.
I would question some posters intentions on here.

Quite a number have left this board for various reasons and I have noticed a fair percentage seem to be newcomers on here now, that have very negative views.You could question whether or not they are Millers fans.On yesterday's performance,there is a big improvement on our defence set up.We do not have the attacking threat that we need to score goals.LR must be well supported before the window closes.He says he knows what he needs,let's back him.

What if LR knows we need 5- 10- 15 players? It's easy saying back him without knowing the facts or funds available. Imo we will only replace what we have lost and will be players we have not heard of and prob plaid little football

I think Richardson has read the room correctly since he came in,he can only work with what he's got, so he has made us harder to beat.
This is great, but we are desperately short of players who can open up the opposition, so unless he can get in a couple of players who can do this, we will carry on being hard to beat,but winning few games, which will lead to the inevitable.
The damage was done in the first half of the season....13 points was it ?

I only listened on the radio yesterday and it sounded like a good battling away performance with a bit of structure to the team that missing in the first half of the season.

We’re more than likely down but if there’s an obvious plan and a bit of fight like yesterday then that’s all we can ask for now and I think everyone will get behind LR if that continues.

Coming out with those figures is ridiculous.LR is not daft,he knows what parameters he has to work in.However,we already had a depleted squad and on top of that allowed two loanees to go back so we are well below the level we need to be.

A bit more composure and we would have won.
Clucas is a real lynchpin in the midfield and looks quality.

Composure's the first thing that goes when confidence is low. It's fine lines between a team playing well or badly - once we took the lead yesterday, you could see confidence returning and the players seemed more comfortable in possession.

I think LR needs to find a way of playing both Clucas and Cafu in central midfield, particularly at home. Cafu is about the only creative force we have and he is wasted out wide. I was a bit surprised that he didn't take any of the free kicks yesterday to give a bit of variation to Clucas' deliveries (which are mainly excellent).

For a team struggling at the bottom, yesterday was a great performance. Boro must hate us!

Do you really think he is asking for 5 or more players? I think he is an intelligent bloke that knows the club constraints and means he knows what he needs within those constraints. He doesn’t come across to me as a man that isn’t living in the real world.

The performance carried on the recent up turn in performance levels.We are harder to beat and look far more organised but,as many have said,lack so much going forward.To win most football matches you have to score more than once but every goal we score feels almost like a seismic event.The next 5 games make awful reading but it's about performing to the max that counts from now on and LR stamping his mark on the club and thinking ahead for a really good go at League 1 in August.

3 players max we need ready to start so we can go 3-5-2 Centre back wide player forward. Kelly Gillingham bound? Cafu Lindsay wouldn't start for me. Know saying on here we've been playing that formation but not successfully with players we've got at present.
