    Burnley partnership

Announced last night. Seems like a great idea. But I’m sure the usual suspects will find something to be negative about.

Depends what it is, very little detail.

Does it still stand when Burnley relegated, are we obliged to play so many players, have the Burnley owners took a stake in the club, are any Burnley directors good at building stadia.

    Like any private business partnership.
    Who knows.
No decent manager would ever accept that.
    Private.
There ancestors certainly were good at building churches.

Some people go about under a permanent cloud, mostly retired or OAP’s.

More to be pitied than scorned.

    Retired Dundee yoof wing. 😎

You can't take it with you. 😃

Not curious about this "partnership".....hopefully get more time to judge than AC Milan one.

About a couple of months ago this was first mentioned in the press there was talk about Burnley purchasing a 25% shareholding in Dundee Football Club.
However this is impossible as it would have involved in FPS havng to sell a chunk of their current 75% shareholding to allow this to happen as there are not enough unissued shares available for ALK, the owners of Burnley to purchase to acquire a 25% shareholding.

So, do you think this partnership is a good thing for DFC?

How can anyone judge if they don't know what it is?

It might be, it might not be, it might be a damp squib.

You can’t, but it seems very positive to me.

But as I said originally, some folks will find a fault with it.
