In my opinion the Scottish Government Chief Medical Officer Sir Gregor Smith should be stripped of his knighthood as a result of what has been revealed at the Scottish Covid-19 inquiry. https://www.gov.scot/about/how-gover...dical-officer/

Don't vote SNP or Green. Seems simple enough. What worse situation could that voting strategy cause?

The UK election is clear enough. Don't vote SNP and it will have an immediate effect on the number of SNP MPs at Westminster. In the Scottish Parliament (wouldn't it be great if we got a vote to scrap the whole damn thing) we would have to ignore voting SNP in the first vote initially which would likely get them out of government but also in the second additional members vote. Vote for the same party twice and that could annihilate the SNP. More importantly for any sake don't vote Green in the second vote. Lots of people voted that way thinking they could vote for their main preference and slip a vote for the 'cuddly' Greens in the second vote. Thinking was they could virtue signal their green side and look good by thinking that a few Green MSPs would be a good thing or at least couldn't do any harm. Look how that turned out. The Greens are seriously deranged and a serious threat to the whole country even with so few MSPs and need to be wiped off the face of the electoral map, for good.

Agree. Double vote for Labour, Lib-Dem or Conservative for Holyrood election is the only sensible way to stop the distraction that independence creates.

I'm surprised the scotish torys are not advocating a vote to scrap devolution, would probably give them my vote if they did

In my opinion devolution has been an expensive failure and cap it all the MSPs at Holyrood want to devolve more powers to local authorities throughout Scotland.
As far as Argyll and Bute Council are concerned I would not give the Argyll and Bute Councillors the responsibility of picking their own nose let alone more powers as they are all worse than useless.

I don't think Scots really want to be wholly British and happy to bin Holyrood. I think Holyrood is broken but I think it could be fixed by giving up on independence as a dominant influence. Devolution was thought to reduce demands for nationalism. It has not worked, Thank you very much Tony Blair who single handed shafted blue collar Labour and Scots of every political hue bar one!
