    OK bare with me...

I've had a thought maybe Howe isn't being backed because they know he will be away in the summer once Southgate leaves..

I do feel that after the euros England will make a move for Howe.. maybe the Saudis know something we don't..

I don’t think so I think they’re behind Howe, tho I get the feeling he’s not in control of the transfers.

My take is I think the club feel some rule changes are coming in the summer, the premier league have said they will look at the profit and sustainability rules and changes will be in place for next season, I think they’re happy to stick what we have until the next window.

    Agree with this Phoney.

I think alot of clubs are holding back, waiting on the expected changes (conviently in time for Manure's new ownership to pump money in) to FFP.

Yeah, it's not the most outlandish theory, Tut...but I don't buy it.

Absolutely all down to FFP, imo.

If its all completely down to FFP then all teams must follow suit... imagine every premier league club didn't buy anyone in the summer.. sky would have a meltdown

    I mean - they're not happy now.

They pay a fortune so they have content now and this has been awful for them, this window.
