I can’t work out what the reality is.

I get different share rights but as far as we are concerned, what’s 20% in B shares? That the crynes hold against the 80% that the others hold?

Feck me I can remember when it was BFC, we owned the ground and didn’t have a pot to pyss in.

Apart from not owning our ground has owt changed?

For the purposes of ownership Eths you can count A and B shares as the same , that is Crynes own 20% of club.

There are some technical differences between A and B shares known to Accountants, and some voting differences I understand, but basically they count the same when it comes to % ownership.
