I agree Derby, I do believe we have got the funds but have we got the will and knowhow that other clubs have?

you raise a good question, i am sure people do work hard but there are other factors at play. What the recruitment team are allowed to do by the board and what they are capable of doing, based on their skills and ability. The market is the market, and nobody can say it is easy, but the constraints the club impose on the recruitment team and their skills are huge factors. As i said earlier I am still hopeful, I get criticised for being negative so trying to stay upbeat at the moment )
