Ha-ha, I don't like the song myself Brin, it was just "tongue in cheek". I'd left some words blank so that you could add the name of whoever we were playing on the day. Honestly I would prefer "Millermen" if it was my choice.

Going back to Millerstime his quote of ''The death of the site is irreversible. One cog at a time. Each one relatively insignificant until it dawns that there is bugger all left'' It left me baffled too
That's why I suggested alcohol. Might have been a naughty comment on my part though 🙂

Thought so pal. I mean it though, I loathe that song, don't know why just do.

....it was a shambles. Most didn't keep in time with Sir Cliff and had finished before the song was cut short due to kicking off and others were coming to the end of their rendition. Yes, very well rolled out .

This anthem issue has been a shambles.

You can't contrive an anthem for a team. That is so corporate and smacks of U.S.A fandom

The best anthems ' goodnight Irene' Bristol Rovers, ' keep right on ...' ( Brum) happen organically.

As a club we are light years behind

We are the Royston Vasey of the championship.

    Correct

And when we get one like New York New York that no other club is likely to claim or copy we decide to bin it
