Arteta is such a prick, though.
He should do us all a favour and stick himself in Klopp's mouth.

Cannot stand Arteta, although equally, I cannot stand Klopp.

Makes the title race more interesting though.

He's getting good at doing the jig with a stupid grin on his face.

Alternatively we saw the show of Klippertys huge grimace disguised as a big grin. You could still count all of the teeth though.

I’ve lost hope now of us finishing 5th, I genuinely thought we could until this weekend.

Manure also only have to play 1 match per week until the end of the season. They must be favourites now to finish 5th.

Aye. After Villa I though maybe we could be in the top 5, if we are a little bit lucky.

The Luton game shut down every hope of that.

Considering how unlucky we are this season, I dont think we stand a chance on top 7 either. Thats simply not possible with 10-12 players out constantly.

Sorry but you can’t change your opinion on the success of our season on the outcome of one game; whether it’s the win at Villa or the home draw to Luton.
Likewise the hysteria over Burn after the Luton game. Wasn’t he MOM recently at Fulham?

The Burn thing does puzzle me.
Last season he had 35 starts. It was a very settled defence (Trippier 38 starts, Schar 36, Botman 35). That season, we let in 33 goals - joint best with City. Less than 1 goal let in per game, with 14 clean sheets.
OK, this season we've had a perfect storm of crowded fixture list, and a load of injuries, meaning personnel changes and little time to train
I don't get to watch too many games - can't afford Sky etc - so I'm not at all clear what is the root cause of the difference.
It can't be teams "figuring us out" surely? Didn't they have plenty of time to do that last season?

Just right TopToon. It's the entire season with and without the injuries. Players on form and off form.

I'm just looking forward to us getting back to normal and on track with a good run of results and just average injuries.

I think we could have a good end to the season. No one to blame for what's happened to date. Just a bad dose of the worst luck going with the injuries.
