Getting a chairman that is too honest, sticks to the rules and doesn't pay more for staff than the club can afford.
Signing a lot of sicknotes as well didn't help.

    The season unraveled ect,

    My opinion.
    This.
The Blackburn game. An early and what would probably have been convincing win would have made a huge difference to our confidence.

Though we didn’t kick on after the Norwich win so who knows ?

Agreed it was awful, and with MTs terrible interviews around that time showed a manager that was out of his depth

3 key points for me, Stoke away, they are a poor team, should have put TS on alert. Millwall away, a bold Chairman would have dispensed with Taylor then. Wednesday away a competent Chairman would have fired Taylor at full time

Recruitment does Scotty see before we sign them enough cause Dext Cafu Fred Appiah aren't millers type roll your sleeves up players. Hall should never have been resigned was injured for months before end of previous season still was. Ayala was another nail in the coffin. We never replaced Harding & Chieo. Wasn't bothered about Wiles going think Warnock did us a favour there.

Wednesday away was the icing on the cake, so to speak.

    Confirmed what we were fearing.

Yet either side of the Wednesday defeat we draw at Southampton. Beat Coventry draw with QPR. And draw with Ipswich.. I think our chairman is competent enough to run out club.
