I’m assuming that Nelms & Co would have to pay for it or there would be some trade off in having to include an element of social housing into the residential part of the development in return or some such other trade off. I’ve been sort of on the fence about the whole Camperdown project up to now, preferring to stay at Dens (which looks increasingly unlikely) and sceptical about Camperdown going ahead. But if a succession of these inbred f*ckwits from over the road are organising protests and mass objections then I’m moving towards hoping it all goes ahead.
The site of the new stadium development was owned by a company called Vico Camperdown Limited and DBPHL paid £1,296,000 for the site including the adjoining former entrance to the NCR Camperdown factory. These posters on Dab Mad do not have a clue.
