I live in a small suburb in germany, 8,000 houses and EVERY one of these suburbs have a sports centre with all weather tennis courts and football pitches, including a high quality floodlit artificial full size pitch and full size grass pitch, they also have a snow removing machine like a huge hoover. The pitches cost around €500k, and are used at least 5 days a week by the local teams. There is no excuse for Rotherham United not having similar facilities, after all the years TS has been in charge for us not to have provided such basic facilities is a mismanagement, I can see why the managers are unhappy and some people are criticising TS.

500k in Germany would be about 5 million in UK and 5 years build time 😜

Did you visit the guest and Chrimes visitor centre when you came to the hull game…?…my point is things are just a tad slow to happen over here and sometimes it’s not all at Ts”s door but granted a few things very much are..!..

trust me that isn't true, all the hype of german efficiency and engineering quality is just that a hype, they have taken nearly 3 years to do a simple slip road bridge on the ring road near us, they only work until 2pm and on fridays it is even worse. There is no overnight working or weekend unless it is emergency work. Vast majority of the labour is eastern european. The one thing that is better in the road works they don't shut too many lanes due to health and safety. There are a things better here, the health and social care is vastly superior and it isn't about throwing money at it, it is thought through with the correct mixture of state and private systems. Overall germany has the same issues as the UK, a government and establishment that is controlled by the large corporations and international bankers pushing a bizzare globalist agenda, uncontrolled immigration is a huge issue but people are scared to discuss it and of course Germany doesn't live by its constituion, free speech is an illusion with many political prisoners for just questioning the official state narrative. Like all countries in the west, what you lose on the swings you gain on the roundabouts ....sometimes.

Yes the rotherham boundary sign on the road is placed just outside BOC…remember many times when we went boozing up Sheffield late and getting a taxi back we used to stop outside BOC and walk rest of way because at the time if it went over border they used to charge us double fare.!.
