Correct Boingy. Most for example caught doing about 35/37 in a 30 limit. Shocking! Fines should be calculated on a persons individual annual income as in some other countries. A fine of £100 for someone on 100+ grand a year is laughable but certainly not laughable if you are struggling to even fill up with petrol!
