I’ve never liked Stoke, either, and I am very surprised that they are where they are. The Coates family are extremely wealthy but apart from paying off sacked managers, that wealth does not seem to have made any improvements to the football club.

If people are daft enough to smoke and drink and gamble to excess that’s their personal choice and their personal right.

Daft enough to smoke and drink! FFS just because you don’t drink or smoke why is it daft? It’s a life choice!

I don’t feel nervous at all.

Apart from the top 4 I feel we’re are the next best side.

I just think we lack the firepower to win the play offs but I expect us to get there.

Maybe beat Ipswich in the semi and then if we get lucky, maybe Norwich squeak in, beat Leeds or Southampton and we then beat Norwich.

I don’t fancy Leeds or Southampton over a two leg semi.

Southampton are imploding and I would take victory over Ipswich as a late revenge for that cup semi final defeat the other day....
