Hopefully it would be great if we could finish in the top 6 at the split but apart from the higher payout for finishing 6th at the end of season I cannot see it being a money spinner.
By my calculations we will have played Rangers and Hearts twice at home by the spilt and Celtic only once.
However if Celtic have little or no chance of winning the league their supporters will probably not bother attending away matches resulting in a greatly reduced drop in away ticket sales.
