Baldwin and Cameron both look more like midfielders than defenders to me, if anything. Their defensive instincts just aren't there. They don't spot danger early and consistently enough. That's not to say they never make a good tackle or intervention - of course they do - but then the next minute they lose concentration and undo that good work. They're both more bothered about getting on the ball rather than keeping it away from our goal and out of our net, and that's where the balance in our team isn't there at present.
