Give the manager more time

I think a problem we have as Notts fans is a tendency to go straight for the nuclear option - demands to sack the manager, sack the CEO, sack the tea lady/person, etc - even though that approach rarely works. Sacking the manager should be the last option, not the first one.

Agreed. Historically we have been like that. Just like every other club, up and down the land.

And in this instance, we’re all looking at a guy who was stuck up a BT pole a few months ago and pro (allegedly) footballers who obviously don’t respect him.
We need a manager who is going to demand more. Demand physicality. Demand effort.
And so far, Maynard doesn’t seem to be that guy.
