Ollie gave up months ago. He can go. Don't need attitudes like that around the club.
Both are coming to the end of their 3 year contracts and nothing new appears to be on the horizon of new contracts being offered although there's talk that Richardson is hoping to offer something, but only rumours at this stage. The safety net for the club is although these contracts are almost up, the club can impose a further 12 months on their stay.
Although not ideal if the players show any resentment to them not being released, they knew the setup as their contracts expire. Ollie is 28 this year so maybe this is his last go for a 2/3 year deal. Meanwhile Haks is 26 in April so again, will be looking for as long a contract as he can muster.
You would like to think with these two providing good midfield cover/work that they will be offered something. If contracts are offered and they don't accept them, then it leaves them a season to get themselves recognised by other clubs if they want a move elsewhere. For once a win win for the club as they could be sold.

Ollie/Hakeem only chance we've got of keeping them it's not with present management team.
We should be trying to keep our better players including these two .
Agree we should be trying to keep them, if not we’ve a hell of a job on replacing them on top of all the other ins and outs we need to do
Crucial that we keep both, but apparently Ollie stopped trying ages ago,I really must pay attention in future.
