With the best will in the world, I can’t see anything other than another defeat on Easter Monday. The outcome is the same even when I put on my rose-tinted specs. Their results on the road have been up and down since Christmas, with three wins and six defeats, so perhaps there’s a glimmer of hope. Those defeats include Doncaster 0-3, Bradford 0-4, and Stockport 0-5. Monday’s April Fools Day, so maybe Notts can make a fool of us all and pull off a much-needed win. Don’t hold your breath, though, folks.

Even now I cant predict a Notts loss
Crowley & Jones
Crowd much smaller than the one they announce. About 7,500.
1-3 them
Still say Nolan was better than maynard and LW - neither of them would have finished higher than 5th - LW 6-10 - maynard dissapeared lol
2-4
Crowley, Macca.
What should/could have been a decent/bumper Easter crowd, won't be.
I’ll go against my usual habit and predict a Notts defeat - 2-0 to Franchise FC. A very poor 7,368 in attendance - which should tell the owners all they need to know.
I can’t see anything other than a thrashing. They score early and then it turns toxic and we collapse. I would do Notts 1- 7 MKD, but as that isn’t quoted I’ll settle for:
Notts 1 - 6 MKD
