Having listened to the radio commentary last night, and watched the thirty minutes highlights today, the point gained may be worth a considerable amount of money come the end of the season. Burnley, who have been dreadful for the first seven months of the season, have suddenly hit some form, having drawn with Chelsea last weekend, while having a player and their manager red carded. They are a sort of bogey team to Wolves and our record against them is not good.

As the whistle went for full time we were indebted to Sa for keeping us in the contest. Our keeper is criticised by many for his distribution, but his shot stopping is top class. Out small squad is looking tired and O'Neil is doing well to juggle the players and appearances. He sees the players everyday and has a far better knowledge of their abilities than the entire fan base..

Fans complain about our small squad but at least we have no worry about how many points we may be docked. We have to accept what is, as far as unfortunate injuries go. The youngsters will have gained valuable experience from their appearances, which should help them next season.

The third team in claret and blue arrive at Molineux on Saturday, revenge for the three nil defeat in London before Christmas would be nice. We then have a week before the away trip to Forest, followed by three home matches in a week. A week which could define our finishing position.
