I've had issues accessing the Message Board.
Error message says Unable to load.

Luckily son is in IT so followed his advice.

Turn it off. Turn it on again.

Bramley, when you say "Turn it off. Turn it on again" are you saying completely turn off the device you're using or simply close the millersmad site and then re-enter? If it's the latter, are you perhaps saying logging out and then logging back on would help? (I don't find just turning the site off and then on again makes any difference.)
