other managers have spoken about it, for people to say it wasn't a problem when we stayed up or wasn't a problem when we went up, doesn't stack up. The fact that it has deteriorated over time to a point now where we haven't had a training ground since January is not good and it is very naive to think that poor facilities do not have an impact on the coaching, the injuries, injury recovery and morale.
