Thought I read not long ago Brum were in debt to the tune of millions £££££'s? If so where's all the cash coming from to buy all this?
Knighthead Capital buying the site, they also own Birmingham City FC, to which the club will play
at when the project is completed, so still same ownership, i understand where you are coming
from Gainsbro_Miller.
Birmingham City council selling a lot of land off, to bring money into the coffers.
Maybe kind of similair to our case,the council sold their old dwellings site to Tesco,with the money acquired funded the riverside house site and all the land surrounding it.and then we was allowed to build nys on it..
