I was never naive when I signed a contract. Everyone is so emotional for this club and it's important you lead this club not like a flag in the wind. You've got to be capable of what you can do. You never take anything personally. You have to be calm when you lead this club.
We have the best home record in the league. We have been by far the best team in the second half of the season. We have the best defensive record of all teams. We are not relying on one player. We share the goals. We don't rely on one player. We show what this club is about.
We have created a group with spirit and identity. We have climbed the ladder step by step.

What do you like about the above?
Well, not sure what the relevance is, but here goes, what I like;

"I really like how emotional are supporters are. I was so interested to lead this club when I signed the contract. I know the potential this club has got."

"Everyone is so emotional for this club and it's important you lead this club not like a flag in the wind. You've got to be capable of what you can do. You never take anything personally. You have to be calm when you lead this club."

That's about it.

Al the "best of this and that" is subjective, based on selective interpretation of the statistics that are generally available and next to meaningless when we are in the stage of the season we are. NOW is what matters.

"We are not relying on one player", hmmm, so why is Bamford played when he is clearly NOT as effective a striker as he has been in the seasons leading up to promotion (which is some time ago, remember!).

If not Bamford, then Summerville, and not those two, who else "leads the line"? Rutter, James, who?

"We show what this club is about".....over recent weeks that would be a group of geriatrics playing walking football.

"We have created a group with spirit and identity", just what the f00k is that supposed to mean, and where is the EVIDENCE of such a groups creation?????

"We have climbed the ladder step by step", perhaps should be followed by "we have also slid down a few snakes"?

All irrelevant verbiage. Only what happens on the pitch is relevant, and as I said in post #91, what we do against Blackburn (especially in light of tonights result) will be season-defining
