I’m not sure that it will come to that. 193 member states will be signing over their countries rights to self govern during or even announce an epidemic or a pandemic in the future.
When the WHO gets their hands on the tiller we’re in a whole different world.

The WHO have political immunity and are above prosecution by law. These scum get most of their financial backing from outside governments with the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation being their biggest donor.
