The 'design' of FFP/PSR is crafted by the 20 member clubs at the AGM. They have agreed to change the way it works which is more inline with UEFA's financial model.

One thing is for sure. Eales & Silverstone are top of their field in maximising commercial revenues. Also, as I mentioned, in the near future I foresee a non-affiliated Middle East based group of companies investing in a package of sponsorship deals with the club to boost the revenues.

With the engagement of a non-affiliate sponsor the contracts are not subject to 'Fair Market Value' review. Not saying that the non-affiliate group will be throwing hundreds of millions of Dollars at the club blindly but potentially their investment will provide considerable support to the club whilst the transition to be a stable top 4 regular and attract the major global sponsors.
