    This is my issue with the narrative around "individual errors".

    Yes, the error itself may be individual, but it comes from imposing a high risk brand of football on lower league players who are by definition more prone to lapses.

    These goals are not a circumstance beyond a coach's control, which is what the "individual error" narrative seeks to imply. They are a direct and fairly inevitable consequence of not respecting the limitations of the level. Keep it simple, stupid.

    Still nobody who has finished 5th in the 5th tier has gone on to win the play offs.

    Bromley promoted... absolutely heart breaking for the Moors...very good game it has to be said...2 dreadful pens to start for the Moors and they never recovered... our bogey team are back to haunt us again 😞
