Yes, the error itself may be individual, but it comes from imposing a high risk brand of football on lower league players who are by definition more prone to lapses.

These goals are not a circumstance beyond a coach's control, which is what the "individual error" narrative seeks to imply. They are a direct and fairly inevitable consequence of not respecting the limitations of the level. Keep it simple, stupid.
