    Egm

The press are reporting this as favourable and hopefully take the club forward.
It would be good to get more investment but that might just be speculation.
Hopefully a good move for our club.

The manager seems happy so that's surely a good sign.

The last general meeting to increase the authorised share capital was held on 21st May 2019.
On that occasion the authorised share capital increased from £2 million to £4 million whereas this time it is increasing by a far higher amount.

The manager has to say in public that he is happy otherwise he will end up the same way as Gary Bowyer as John Nelms does not like dissension from the ranks

Nothing much to see here IMO. To allow for any potential share issues it must be done every 5 years. As Islay says the last one was in 2019.

I think the losses will need to be capitalised. Its part of the process they have used in the past. Agree, not much to see hear.

I happened to be speaking to a person in the Main Stand who asked me what was the capacity of Bob Shankly Stand.
I told him that it was about 3,200. I remarked that this person had a West of Scotland accent and asked him if he was a West of Scotland based Dundee FC supporter.
He told me that he was working at the game for the Sun newspaper.
    His name was Gerry Duffy.
I told him that the £9 million debt was a told of s h I t as the debt was just over £4.1 million.
He told me that the boys up there (in the press box) were saying the same thing.

So Fehk, you’d be better off taking up knitting, you certainly aren’t a supporter of Dundee FC any more

I saw you speaking to him, looked like he couldn’t wait to get rid off you, before and after halftime.
