    Derek McInnes

He has been named as Scottish Manager of the Season, after getting Kilmarnock into European competition. Well done to Derek, who was a great skipper for The Albion; I hope he continues to do well.

Earlier in the season I was up in Kilmarnock and went to the Aberdeen match, thoroughly enjoyed it, good atmosphere, old fashioned ground and the football was excellent none of this tippy tappy playing out from the back and making 20 passes before crossing the half way line, and the famous Killie pie was very tasty

Kilmarnock are my Scottish team of choice. I have family up there and always look for Killie's result. Loved the fact they also played in blue and white stripes and won the League against all the odds the year I was born 1953.

I think Derek has been really unlucky to not get the Albion job over the past 10 to 12 years.

I hope we see him here in the future.

When I was at the Aberdeen game, Kilmarnock played well in the first half but obviously McInnes saw something that he didn’t like, at the interval from where we were sat you could here him ripping into his players

Love his style of play. He reminded me of Mulumbu full of guts and spirit which the spineless present squad lack.

Love him to come back to us at some point as football wouldn’t be dull that’s for sure!
