The last two seasons, our first signing was made at the start of June. Macca two years ago, Randall last year. So no need to panic.

I’d suggest comparing the time between the final game and first signing. Calendar dates somewhat meaningless.

That would be a bit weird, so nailed on!

Not worried by the handful of active clubs.

Notts may well have made signings and won’t announce until players/media back from holiday. I also wouldn’t be surprised to see a couple of left field foreign imports.
Some go though panic every year. The best players aren’t always immediately available or accessible.
