Here's your quadrennial chance to prove your superior European footballing knowledge over other MMadsters and anyone else who wishes to take part. Yes, It's open to anyone!

As usual, just pick the teams that you see advancing to the various stages. The top two will progress from each group along with the 4 best 3rd placed teams. Who plays who in the knockout phase is a bit complicated due to those 3rd place qualifications except to say teams from the same group will not play against each other in the Round of 16.

Scoring will be 1pt for every team you get correct in the last 16, 2pts for the quarter finalists and so on. Bonus points will be awarded in 4 categories. Pick the best team in the group phase for 5pts. Pick the worst team in the group phase for 5pts. Pick one goal scorer from any team and get 3pts for each goal he scores throughout the competition. Only 1pt for a penalty though and penalties in shoot outs don't count. Pick one goalkeeper and get 3pts for each clean sheet he keeps playing a full '90 minute' game. (Goals in extra time don't count against a clean sheet)
