Late last night I thought I saw a piece that Rooney was in talks with Plymouth,unless I was dozing ,not sure what this is what they want or need..I am sure teams only appoint him to raise club profile..!.

Many sources on the Net suggesting that he’s impressed their owners and is to be appointed imminently.
If true that’s a bizarre appointment. They can do much better than that
