    I’m sure

We will only have Corberan for one more season. Unless we go up. He’s so charged to succeed that he will want an opportunity with a club that can give him the squad he wants to do that. He’s definitely happy here but he will want success.

Love the guy but wouldn’t blame him if a bigger job comes up or more money. That’s life!

If the Leeds speculation/offer during the past year was true (!) CC demonstrated an allegiance to us. I was surprised and therefore doubted the legitimacy of the report.
A lot will depend upon how the new owner is prepared to rebuild the team. Contract renewals so far will have provided some insight for CC as to how Patel will operate.
Very early days, but unless CC is convinced of the appropriate financial backing, I suspect he will be a target and as said above, you wouldn’t blame him.

'Carlos Corberan has cited a lack of ambition as one of his reasons for leaving Huddersfield Town in the summer. Corberan, who led the Terriers to the Championship play-off final earlier this year, announced his shock resignation at Huddersfield at the beginning of July'

    July not far away now

Couldn’t blame him for moving on at some point as you have all said. Let’s hope next season gives him some reasons to stay.

Lets be honest if you were CC'S age and someone offered to hugely increase your salary and the brand ( club ) was better you would snap their hands off. Although niceties are lovely they don't secure your family's future or drive your personal ambition and the niceties could be/would be better elsewhere if everything went well.

Of course in the above situation he would be off and why wouldn't he! That's life! Corberon is fantastic but there's lots of excellent managers around including Mowbray and the shocking sacking of the Hull manager!
