    What is disconcerting is that there is no reassuring, or indeed any, messages coming out from the affected organisations. I rang my credit card company this afternoon and the chap I spoke to was not aware of the hack. He said if I had any concerns that they could change my card. I had used the card for the purchase of tickets and coach the Notts site. Not sure if the Football Assoc still use Ticketmaster.

    I expressed concern that the hierarchy had not informed their staff nor their customers. Ticketmaster have nothing on their website.

    I've got a couple of utility bills to pay and then I think I'll get new cards. No longer trust "the powers that be" to put customers' interests first despite "Your security is important to us".

    I don't think it should be left for the BBC to advise what potentially affected card holders should do. No doubt credit card companies cannot handle re-issuing all their cards in one go so they are just hoping for the best.
